When consumer confidence gets up and people start feeling good about buying things and buying on credit even, there will be a pent up demand effect that will click in and have the tendency to make people buy up.

Since being released from an un-named government facility where he took vocational courses on web management and hooked rug weaving, tirelessly keeps the servers, the web pages and all that crazy HTML stuff running. Found in a shoe box outside of Wallmart in downtown BC in 1955, a sickly child, he grew up to be team captain of the high school Parcheesi team and went on to the national champions.
