A new AI start-up launches with a conversational personal assistant and a massive supercomputer behind it.An AI start-up called Inflection AI has emerged from stealth mode with the announcement of major partnerships, a $1.3 billion valuation, and what could be the world’s second-largest supercomputer.The new supercomputer is said to have 22,000 Nvidia H100 accelerators, and the company says that’s enough to put it as the second-fastest system in the world behind Frontier, the current leader housed at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, which churns out 1.5 exaFLOPS of peak performance.
