The CAD Market was worth approximately $5 billion in 2009. It reached $6.4 in 2010 and $7 billion in 2011. The industry is rebounding from the recession but there have been hiccups. There is going to be some stop and go in early 2012, but the CAD industry, with new markets and new platforms including tablets, is poised for growth — the fresh, green shoots, new business kind of growth.
